The kitchen is the hub of the home and is modern light and airy with quality appliances and a butler’s pantry.

Media room consists of smart TV and sofa which turns into 3 single beds to accommodate those extra guests.

The home has ducted air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans making this the perfect family getaway.
This home is so private you won’t notice your neighbours if you want to hose off in the outdoor shower after your swim in the lovely inground pool.

Bring your boat as you have the property has a pontoon, and being friends of The Wharf Mooloolaba, we will give you a access to the Commercial Marina at The Wharf Complex so that you can come in for dinner or lunch and take in a little shopping. *(call the office for more information if you would like access to the Wharf Marina)
