The accommodation is plenty with a spacious master suite taking the top floor along with the study that opens out on to a private balcony overlooking the canal. On the ground floor there are a further 3 spacious bedrooms, media room and living area with full views of the outdoor area and canal.
The kitchen is the hub of the home and is modern light and airy with quality appliances and a butler’s pantry.
Media room consists of smart TV and sofa which turns into 3 single beds to accommodate those extra guests.
The home has ducted air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans making this the perfect family getaway.
This home is so private you won’t notice your neighbours if you want to rinse off under the outdoor shower after your swim in the lovely in-ground pool.
Bring your boat as you have the property has a pontoon, head to The Wharf Mooloolaba for dinner or lunch and take in a little shopping.
