You’ll get the most out of this property if water activities are high on your wish list. You have endless possibilities to choose from. Simply walk across the road and go fishing or have a swim across to Chambers Island. You might even like to hire some kayak’s and take it up and down the Maroochy River and around to Chambers Island and Twin Waters. Bring your boat or hire a boat, jet ski or catamaran 100 meters up the road or have a go at some snorkeling. All of these activities can happen from the front door.
If you want to slow things down a little, you could also grab a book and read in the garden while working on the tan or relax upstairs on the deck and watch life go by.
The main house has 3 bedrooms which consists of 1 queen bed in the master, the second bedroom with two singles beds and a third air-conditioned bedroom with a king zipper bed (or x2 singles) also comes with pull out sofas in the rumpus room for the extended family.
There is also a separate air-conditioned studio at the rear of the property which has a huge room with a queen sized bed and ensuite with double shower and double basins. This is ideal for privacy on your holiday away from the children or extended family or friends.
Outside you can play with the kids and dog as there is plenty of room in the front or the back of the property to run around.
There is a large double garage which holds the games room with a pool table. Plenty of area to park the trailer, motor home or caravan off the street if you wish.
