Walking through the beautiful front garden gates and opening the large front double doors the water views simply take your breath away. Ground floor offering 3 bedrooms, vast living/dining areas with 2 flat screen smart TVs, an enclosed balcony area overlooking the pool and water, a fully equipped kitchen with extra appliances including a coffee machine,  air fry,  juicer, and slow cooker (newly purchased Oct 2023) for guest use. The home also has a family sized laundry with washer and dryer and a home Gym stocked with selected equipment where you can work hard before relaxing by the pool. Upstairs is the luxurious master suite with stunning water views, complete with an extra-large ensuite with a spa bath and a private balcony.

Note from the home owner:
This home was professionally super cleaned, and pest sprayed in September 2023. All carpets deep steam cleaned kitchen and laundry: all bench tops, cupboards, and wardrobes have been sanitizer cleaned. Providing high-quality super comfy brand-new bedding purchased from Myer in Oct 2023.  Brand new: beds. quilts, firm mattress, soft mattress cover/ underline all pillows and pillow protectors.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: This property has an additional onetime payment of $270.00 for cleaning upon your departure.
UPON BOOKING WE REQUIRE A 30% DEPOSIT TO SECURE YOUR HOLIDAY HOME.
THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL.
