| Musto Etchells Winter Championships
For the 15th year in a row a top class fleet will be assembling in Mooloolaba on Queensland's south east coast, for the Musto 2011 Etchells Australian Winter championship being sailed from June 9-12th, over the June long-weekend. While World Championships and Australian Summer Nationals move venues every year, the Winter Nationals stay in Mooloolaba.

| Festival of the Walks
A nine day festival of guided walks, community and cultural events that celebrates the natural beauty of the Hinterland, healthy activity and showcases local attractions. The festival will run from August 21 - 29, after the official opening and award presentation of the Montville Coffee Festival of the Walks Photographic Competition on Friday 20th August.
